These terms cover your use of Zuujis Store and everything you buy here. The store is operated by Zuujis LLC of Huntsville, Alabama. Browsing the store or placing an order means you accept them. If you don't, please don't use the store.

We publish these terms in several languages for convenience. Where a translation and the English version disagree, the English version is the one that counts.

Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we take payment and start fulfillment. Before that point we can decline or cancel, and we'll refund you in full if we do. Reasons include suspected fraud, a pricing or stock error, or a destination we can't ship to.

Some orders are held automatically for a fraud check before they go to our warehouses. A person reviews anything that gets held, usually within a business day. If your order is held and you want to know why, contact us and we'll tell you what we can.

Pricing and errors

Prices are in US dollars. The product price is shown on the listing and shipping is calculated separately at checkout, before you pay, so you always see the total first.

We list around ten thousand products and some of them will be wrong. If a price is obviously an error, we'd rather cancel the order and refund you than ship at a price nobody intended.

Delivery

Most orders arrive 7 to 20 business days after dispatch. Orders containing items from different warehouses ship as separate parcels and arrive at different times. Our shipping page explains how this works and what affects the timing. The estimate you see at checkout is our fulfillment partner's projection, not a promise.

Customs and import duties

We ship worldwide, but we sell on United States terms. If your order crosses a border, your country may charge import duties, taxes, or customs fees. Those charges are set by your government, aren't included in what you paid us, and are yours to pay as the importer of record. Customs rules vary a lot between countries. If you're not sure how yours works, check before you order.

Returns and refunds

Our refund policy is part of these terms. The short version: contact us first. If something arrives damaged, defective, materially different from the listing, or never arrives at all, we'll replace it or refund you. Whatever consumer rights the law gives you where you live still apply, and nothing here takes them away.

Accounts

You can browse and buy as a guest. If you make an account, keep your password to yourself, because we treat activity on an account as yours. We can suspend accounts used for fraud or abuse.

Points and referrals

Points earned on orders have no cash value. You can't transfer them, sell them, or cash them out. They exist to be redeemed for a discount on a future order, and they're calculated on what you actually paid after any discount.

If an order is refunded or charged back, the points it earned come back off your balance. That can drop you to a lower tier, and it can take your balance negative if you already spent them.

Referral credit is for introducing other people to the store. Referring yourself doesn't count, and we void credit from duplicate accounts, shared payment methods, and the other patterns we watch for. We can end or change the points and referral programs at any time, though we won't take away points you've already earned on a completed order.

Coupons and promotions

Unless a promotion says otherwise, a coupon is good for one use, doesn't combine with other coupons, and can't be exchanged for cash. We can cancel a coupon and the orders placed with it if it's being used in a way it clearly wasn't meant for.

Reviews you write

If you leave a review, it stays yours. You give us permission to display it on the store and in our marketing, without a time limit. Don't post anything false, anything that isn't yours, or anything abusive. We remove reviews that break those rules, and we remove reviews we believe are fake, whether they're flattering or not.

Most of the ratings on our product pages come from the marketplace our supplier sells through rather than from Zuujis customers, and they're labeled that way on the page. We explain where reviews come from here.

Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, what we owe you for any claim arising from an order is capped at what you paid for that order. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses. None of this limits liability that can't legally be limited, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

Changes to these terms

We update these terms from time to time, and the date at the top tells you which version you're reading. Your order is governed by the terms that were in force the day you placed it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes go to the state or federal courts sitting in Madison County, Alabama, and both of us agree those courts have jurisdiction.

We ship to buyers outside the United States, and ordering from abroad means agreeing to be governed by Alabama law rather than the law where you live. Any mandatory consumer protection your own country gives you that can't be waived by agreement still stands.
