Laser arrived without laser function, but only the blue light from the display that shines through the plastic cover to the laser-mount. So, i opened a dispute. Immediately, the Seller blames it on the customer (me) for a wrong application of the laser. He tried shifting the fault to me, three times in the complaint-dialogue. But IF THERE IS NO FUNCTION, YOU CANNOT HANDLE IT WRONG !! When i get angry about it, the Seller offer to change the complaint from "refund" to "returning the item". I did it and additionally, i added a video to the case. The very same day, the dispute was closed by the CJ staff. I wonder if the CJ staff thought, it was unreliable if i change my complaint and if the Seller tricked me into doing so. When the seller sent a sincerely broken item,- he can return or refund it without waiting for the CJ decision. But he don't... No customer support at all from my point of view.
