The materials seem ok. but the item didn't fit me. I measured my size and everything. The belt kept sliding up when I used it. I didn't stay on my hip or waist. It's like I have a weird thing hanging on my waist and moving up and down while running. I ended up left it in the closet. waste of money . sad.
