Interesting exercise device. It works perfectly if the ground is totally smooth. In parket is not hooked, in perfect smooth stoneware

The Sit Up is exactly as described, fast shipping, gums are not flimsy and endure quite a lot of weight without a problem. The tremendous failure of this product is the suction cup it immobilizes with, it's lousy quality never really hit it.

Should be more strong, have more grip, if do a little force, it loose up floor.
