Not at all satisfied. No operation possible. The axis of the knives is not fixed. It may be missing parts anyway, do not work I am very dissatisfied and do not recommend this product at all!
Product is ok but the instructions are in Chinese, it should be at least in English. And the chinese label on the product should not be there too.
