Very bad service and bad seller. I received the product is damaged and I requested a return. I did not receive the return yet. A month has passed for the return and I have not received. Do not deal with this seller again!!!!

Product looks neat and pretty in the buyer picture. However when I received it, the lights had glue all over them. And it covered the words. There was no rose as pictured, just the little light pink flowers. I was going to use it to gift a necklace to my best friend, but gave it to my 7 year old niece instead because it looked more like a toy than a gift box. I gave 2 stars because the shipping was relatively quick.
