The box is crumpled, the trimer is intact, but it does not make it easier (it does not cut off the grass at all, only twist. Disappointed. I did not communicate with the seller. Delivered quickly. I do not recommend this product

Kasilka came-but it's more like a toy-the grass does not mow, the grass is broken! In general, do not waste money!

It is a child's toy. It dose not trim/cut any thing. There's no power. It comes on, but as soon as you take it to the grass for trimming, it stops. The least resistance from grass stops it.

Horror, the grass immediately tangles, does not cut anything, how could you think to use soft ties for lawn cutting? Just threw the money away
