To costumer service personnel. i ordered many items few months back, some still di not arrive and the biggest problem they came separately and i paid to the Qatari post office for each one arrived QAR15= $4.12 the money i paid to Qatar post office sometime is more than the cost of the item. i guess i will not order from Ali express anymore if this is the way you do business. i paid for 4 to 5 shipments $4.12 each and this is absolutely unacceptable.

Still have to use it, but looks solid to me. Finally can wipe my windows upstairs my self!
