Kitchen multifunctional fruit slicer

I bought the rotary manual fruit potato slicer in jully. I received the product more than 2 months later (it was written that the shipping delay was 15 to 30 days). The product i received was damaged (the box was flat and all open and one of the green plastic pin was broken). I tried the slicer with apple, cucumber and potato and it just don't work. The metal pin in the middle just does not work because it just roll on itself (destroy the fruit instead of holding it) and the green pins that are there to hold the fruit just does not do the job. I am not able to do more than 5cm of fruit slice before it jam and roll on itself. I am very unsatisfied with this product. I wrote to the company by the message center as they suggest before writing a bad review, but never heard from them more than 1 month after. The product is cheap, broken and dosen't work and the company don't reply to their customers. Be aware!!

All according to the description. Works OK, only vegetables should be smooth and fresh, however, like the hands of someone who works with the device.
