The wig delivered did not match the description. The order says 16 inches but it looks like 12 inches. The curl pattern is also not the best.

The hair does not feel soft, it feels like mixed fiber. Also the wig is 2 different colors! The hair at the top is lighter than the hair at the back!!! The hair at the top feels like plastic!!! I want my money back because this is plastic hair!!!! And the wig is not even on the same length. It’s chopped up!!! I honestly believe the reviews here are fake because this wig does not even curl when mousse is added.
