A little flimsy but worked okay for the first use. Would wait and see the effectiveness and durability. Just a reminder, if you want to get thin meat rolls, you either need a lot of practice or get the other type of meat slicer with thickness control included.

Редко оставляю негативные отзывы, но тут придётся: 1. Основной нож завален при заточке так, что режет только одной кромкой; 2. Конструкция очень хлипкая, из-за этого Вы не думаете, что режете, а увлечены тем, как смещать нож, чтобы он мог опуститься до конца (иначе идёт утыкание и под 45 градусов останавливается нож). Увы, для моей цели (нарезка легкого) - бесполезное приобретение.
