Not really enough strong for use

The bands are stretchy and don't have a desired and expected resistance. Once stretched they take longer than normal rubber bands to go back to the original size, so exercises with them are almost pointless or at least no as efficient. Only somewhat usable for isometric exercises. Would not buy again.
