the hair extensions are really bad! quality is very Poor and fluffy very much after washing I am sorry money! not a good product

At first the hair felt really strong soft and straight, but the moment I got out of the shower it started being really curly and fluffy... 4 weeks have past now, I am addicted to the length of the hair but the quality is definitely not good. I brush it 2 times a day and it takes me at least 16 min to be able to comb through it smoothly. This morning I woke up and the hair looked like dreadlocks :( furthermore I use hair masks conditioners and anti tangle spray, none of it works... I try to only wash or get the hair maximum 2 times a week wet.
