The product looks like as pictures and in the box you can find everything that is said in the description. I just received the printer but I can't connect with the computer through Bluetooth and I am really disappointed of that. Second I read that thermal printer head life is 30 km and I can't find anywhere information where I could bye new one.

Got it in 5-6 days. Installation was very easy. There was a USB drive provided with the required drivers. Install and setup took 2 mins. The printers connects with either USB-A or USB-C to the computer. Havent tried the app yet. But the shipping quality is very good. Prints fast. There were some labels provided in the box. Will be insteresting to see how it performs in the long run. So far definitely recommend!!!
