The parcel arrived 6 days later than it supposed to be delivered. But communication with seller was good all this time. Seller was always in touch and replying to all my questions. Parcel was well packed with no damages anywhere. But unfortunately the lamp didn't work when I switched it on. No light, so lamp is faulty or defective. Going through the dispute process and providing all the evidences and details seller agreed to proceed the full refund. I can not say bad or good about this seller, maybe i was unlucky with this order..
