very cheaply made. thin metal and PLASTIC is on the head pieces. does pull hair and have to be careful so won't pinch or cut skin. had more hope for this but nope! the center on big head is NOT a blade like norelco brand. it is a thin pieces of plastic panted silver that is a spring to push down so the clippers on outside can cut. very dull results...better off getting one at Walmart for $20 that works
